We provide services to help you with the most important day of your life. We offer free consultation for our wedding clients. Wedding packages are structured to meet the individual needs and budget of each client. From a la carte pricing to complete packages, we strive to meet our couples needs.

Whether your wedding is in Southern Arizona, or across the country, we'll provide a fair, advanced quote in advance with no surprise fees after the wedding.

Bridal Registry

Our bridal gift registry allows wedding guests to purchase wedding images and books for the wedding couple. The gift buyer may simply call us to place an order. Saguaro Shadows Photography provides wedding photo gift registry cards to the wedding couple at no charge. Then the wedding couple mails the postcards, a few weeks after their invitation mailing. Or the couple may hand out cards to friends and family. Bridal Registry gifts may be used by the couple to offset their image and album costs, or upgrade their album. The bride and groom may contact us at any time to verify registry purchases. Once receiving a gift registry request, we will either send a note informing the couple who presented the gift, or the gift-giver may present the gift card personally to the couple.

Basic Package

The Basic wedding package all day wedding coverage. Engagement sessions, Albums, prints and DVD’s are available separately.

Bronze

The Bronze wedding package provides an affordable wedding package at a discounted price:

- All day wedding coverage.

- An EXD photo book, which incorporates an 8 inch wide by 11 inch tall 30 page book with a printed hard cover and a matching printed book jacket. The EXD book is presented in a custom designed book case.

- 10% discount on all print orders

Silver

The Silver wedding package provides an affordable package at a discounted price. It includes:

- An Engagement photo session, and all day wedding coverage.

- An EXD photo book, which incorporates an 8 inch wide by 11 inch tall 50 page book with a printed hard cover and a matching printed book jacket. The EXD book is presented in a custom designed book case.

- Wedding DVD slideshow incorporating still images, video and audio

- 10% discount on all print orders

Gold

The Gold wedding package provides an expanded wedding photo package at a discounted price. It includes:

- An Engagement photo session, wedding rehearsal coverage, and all day wedding coverage.

- Ab 8x8 inch hard cover custom Guest Book for your wedding that includes images from Engagement Session.

- An LX photo book, 10 inch wide by 10 inch tall 80 page upscale, genuine leather cover. This book is showcased in a stylish custom designed presentation box.

- Wedding DVD slideshow incorporating still images, video and audio

- 10% discount on all print orders

Platinum

Our best wedding package provides :

- An Engagement photo session, wedding rehearsal coverage, and all day wedding coverage.

- An expanded Guest Book to handle any size wedding

- Our Photo Booth service at your reception. We setup a photo area at your reception with professional backgrounds and lighting, and invite guests to come get a professional portrait - serious and silly!


- An LX photo book, which incorporates an 10 inch wide by 10 inch tall 80 page upscale, premium genuine leather cover

- Wedding DVD slideshow incorporating still images, video and audio

Voyager

Not getting married in Arizona? Not a problem! We provide affordable wedding coverage anywhere in the United States. Our Destination Package is structured to meet the needs for this special event:


- We will arrive on site the day before your rehearsal, ready to provide all day wedding rehearsal coverage, and all day wedding coverage.

- An LX photo book, which incorporates an 10x10 inch 80 page upscale, premium genuine leather cover, offering a timeless look and beautiful simplicity. This book is showcased in a stylish custom designed presentation box.

- Wedding DVD slideshow incorporating still images, video and audio.

- 10% discount on all print orders
